4. SET-UP & PROGRAMMING
Once the system is completely wired, it is necessary to set the basic operating
parameters (number of digits, conversation times and language).
To enter into programming mode, the sequence next must be followed:
Dial Flat Number
and
press
Thereafter, the display will show the main menu with the following options:
1. Co: Codes Menu. Allows to configure the access codes for programming
the system.
2. Pa: Parameters Menu. Allows to program some system parameters, such
as conversation time, language, etc.
3. De: Menú Decoders. Allows to program decoders.
4. Ci: Menú MDS City. For installation with MDS CITY Panels. Allows to
program some operative parameters in panels.
This options are detailed below:
4.1. Codes Menu
Pressing '1' from the Main Menu, the Codes Menu will be accesed. The number
of digits for the programming codes and the code to enter into programming
may be changed.
When selected, the following submenu will be shown:
Codes Menu: 1. Number of digits

The number of digits to be dialed in order to release the lock
o D Cp
(see above) or to select the guard unit mode (see page 6). Either
4, 5 or 6 will be selected. In case of 4 or 5 digits, it will only be
necessary to dial the first digits.
Codes Menu: 2. Programming mode
C 1 2
o D Cp
The Guard Unit will show the current programming code (19025
by default).
* 'B' to exit without modifying anything.
* 'A' the existing code will be erased and the system will allow
to insert a new one (5 digits). The new code will be the one
required to enter into programming. It is recommendable to enter
again into option '2' to assure the code programmed.
Exit to Main Menu
Press 'B' to go back to the Main Menu.
