ELEMENTS OF THE MONITOR
A: These five displays provide a continuous rea
dout of Calories; Pulse rate; Time; Speed and
Distance.
B: The electronic monitor has 7 push buttons or
keys.
BODY-
FAT;
STOP/RESET; SPEED Km/h (+ -); START.
C: Quick access push-buttons or keys for
speed settings (3- 6 -9 -12).
D: BODY- FAT; MANUAL and PROGRAM (P1-
P6) indicator lights.
g: Safety key.
F: Fan ON/OFF push-button or key.
STARTING
Plug the unit into a wall socket with an EARTH
terminal and set switch (L) to position (1), Fig.
The safety key (g) must be inserted into its spot
(E) Fig 2 ,otherwise the machine will not operate.
As soon as the safety key (g) is in place, the
machine will beep and all of the displays will
show a [00:00] value, indicating that the
machine is READY to be used.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

MANUAL MODE

Pressing the START key will light the MANUAL
indicator on the set of indicator lights (D) and the
machine will start within 3 seconds, shown by
a countdown on the TIME display, at a speed of
1.0 km/h. You can increaseor decrease the
speed setting in MANUAL mode by pressing the
+ -) keys, between 1.0 – 13 km/h, you can also
increase or decrease the speed setting by
pressing the quick access keys (C), the said
keys correspond to values of 3- 6 -9 -12 km/h.
The machine will stop if you press the STOP key
or if you remove the SAFETY KEY
PROGRAM MODE.
This monitor has eight programs (BODY FAT;
MANUAL; P1;P2; P3; P4; P5; P6 ), programs
(P1 to P6) each have three elevation manual
settings (L1 – L3), giving a total of 18 different
programs (see Pro gram graphs).
