CLASSIC WAFFLES
Preparation time: 15 minutes

500 g flour
•
3 to 4 pinches salt
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1⁄2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
•
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
•
2 eggs
•
10 cl sunflower oil
•
50 cl milk
•
Icing sugar
Put flour in a bowl and make a well in the middle. Add the ingredients
one at a time in the order listed. Mix until perfectly smooth.
Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Select the mode
by turning the central button to the right.
Then, using the right button, set the temperature to 230°C.
Grease the plates lightly and pour enough dough onto the plates.
Spread the dough slightly. Close the grill and press down on the handle.
Allow the waffles to brown, and then remove.
Sprinkle immediately with icing sugar and eat warm.
BEER WAFFLES

80 gr melted butter
•
33 cl beer
•
3 to 4 pinches salt
•
Icing sugar
Pour the beer in a glass and allow the foam to settle.
Put flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and add the eggs,
melted butter and salt.
Mix until the dough has an even consistency.
Pour the beer in a little at a time, and gently mix until the dough is
smooth and a little thick.
Cover with a cloth and let the dough rise for 1 hour.
