12. The square lip on the bottom of the rubber gasket must be
aligned with the pocket. See Figure 12.

13. Snug front and rear stake pocket bolts using a 9/16" wrench
(15mm).
14. Tighten front and rear tube bolts to 20 in*lb.

15. Lubricate the channel of the gasket and firmly press the
outer cap (19158750/52) into the gasket and bracket assem-
bly.
16. Tighten stake pocket bolt until rail is firmly mounted to the
truck bed. Do not excessively tighten bolt or inner cap will
not completely close in step 18 to resemble Figure 15.
17. Lubricate channel of the gasket and firmly press the inner
cap (19158749/51) into the gasket and bracket assembly.
Note: The end caps will not fully come together until step
18.

18. Tighten the end caps together using (4) hi low screws thru
the holes on the inner end cap.
19. Verify the complete installation looks like Figure 15. If the
gap between the inner and outer cap is inconsistent, remove
screws, slightly loosen stake pocket bolt, and repeat steps
17-19.
