• Aby korzystać z usługi, Klient musi nabyć wyposażenie techniczne, które umożliwia dostęp do Internetu, na podstawie umowy zawartej przez
Klienta z ISP (Dostawcą Usług Internetowych), niezwiązanym w żaden sposób z BTicino.
• Per utilizzare alcuni servizi che Bticino fornisce come aggiuntivi alle normali funzioni di base del Classe 300EOS with Netatmo il Cliente dovrà
installare l'APP sul proprio smartphone. I servizi offerti tramite l'APP prevedono che si possa interagire con il Classe 300EOS with Netatmo da
remoto ed attraverso la rete Internet.
In questi casi l'integrazione e il buon funzionamento tra Classe 300EOS with Netatmo e APP possono dipendere da:
a) qualità della rete dati;
b) tipologia del contratto di accesso alla rete internet dell'abitazione;
c) tipologia del contratto dati sullo smartphone.
Nel caso in cui uno di questi tre elementi non sia conforme alle specifiche richieste per il funzionamento del prodotto, BTicino è esente da qualsiasi
responsabilità per eventuali malfunzionamenti. Il Prodotto infatti supporta un sistema streaming VoIP, pertanto bisogna verificare che il proprio
contratto per la rete dati sullo smartphone non ne preveda il blocco.
Si informa inoltre che il servizio che BTicino rende tramite l'utilizzo da remoto tramite l'APP comporta l'utilizzo di dati, pertanto il costo legato al
loro consumo dipende dalla tipologia di contratto che il cliente ha sottoscritto con un ISP (Internet Service Provider) e rimane a suo carico.

of the Classe 300EOS with Netatmo. The services offered by means of the APP require being able to interact with Classe 300EOS with Netatmo remotely
and through the Internet.
In these cases, the integration and good working between Classe 300EOS with Netatmo and APP may depend on:
a) quality of data network;
b) type of access contract to the home internet;
c) type of data contract on the smartphone
When one of these three elements does not conform with the specifications required for product operation, BTicino accepts no responsibility for any
faults. The product in fact supports a VoIP streaming system. You must therefore check with your smartphone data network contract that it does not block it.
