The charging time for a fully discharged battery is 3

If you insert the battery into the charger and the red
and green LEDs start flashing, it means that your
battery is bad or that the battery does not correspond
to this charger.
Recharge the battery when you notice that the power
of your machine decreases. Avoid using the machine
until the battery is completely discharged.
Notes:
- The battery will require 2 or 3 complete charge-
discharge cycles until it reaches its maximum energy
storage capacity.
- This battery has no memory effect so it is not
necessary to fully discharge it before recharging.
- If you are not going to use the battery for a long
period of time, charge it to the maximum, store it in a
suitable place and recharge it every 30 days.
- Follow the tips below to ensure that your battery's
charge capacity is maintained for as long as possible:
- Avoid completely discharging the battery. Battery life
will be longer if you recharge the battery when you
notice that the power of your machine decreases and
do not let it run out completely.
- Always recharge the battery after using the machine.
Do not store a discharged or half-charged battery.
- Always recharge the battery inside your house and
garage to preserve the battery and charger from
humidity and inclement weather.
- Recharge the battery at temperatures between 5º
and 40º C.
- Always keep the battery away from water, humid
areas, heat sources and chemicals.

6.4. INSTALL THE BATTERY

Install the battery by sliding the battery along the rails
until "clack" sounds. This ensures that it will remain
securely connected to the machine.
To remove the battery, press the release button (11)
and pull out the battery.
6.5. CHECK POINTS BEFORE START-UP
Before starting work, always check that the
chainsaw is working properly and that it is operating
safely.
Check the machine for loose parts (bolts, nuts,
housings, etc ...) and damage. Tighten, repair, or
replace parts that you have found to be in poor
condition. Make sure there are no oil leaks or leaks. Do
not use the machine if it is damaged or incorrectly set.

6.3.1. CHAIN OIL

Use only special oil for chain saw chains. Do not use
used oils or oils with impurities as this could damage the
oil pump of the machine.
The chain oil must be filled into the chain oil reservoir. To
prevent dirt from entering the tank, clean the oil tank cap
(5) before opening it. Close the oil cap (5) by tightening it
and clean if oil has spilled out of the tank.
