6 Technical description
The generator consists of the following main parts (fig. 2, page 3):
 Combustion engine (1)
 Power generator (2)
 LPG regulator (3) (ePower T LPG only)
 Automatic gas shut-off valve (4)
 Choke solenoid (5)
 Control board (6)
 Connection box (7)
The combustion engine (1) drives the power generator (2) connected to it,
which in turn generates electric power for Dometic eCore.
The combustion engine is operated with:
 ePower T: Gasoline
 ePower T LPG: Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG)
The generator is integrated in the Dometic eSystem which works as follows
(fig. 3, page 4):
The generator (1) provides power to the Dometic eCore (3), which transforms
it into stable voltages of 230 Vw/50 Hz and 12 Vg, which are available at
the eCore terminals.
The generator (1) is connected to a battery (AGM or, in this case, Dometic
eStore) (2) which supplies 12 Vg to start the engine (1).
The Dometic eCore control panel is used to operate the device (4).
