4 REAGENTS
The control is made of lyophilized citrated sheep plasma and erythrocytes. Nonsterile,
deionized, Type I reagent grade water is used to reconstitute the controls.
5 STORAGE AND STABILITY
®
CLOTtrac
CWB Coagulation Control and deionized water require no special handling
during shipping and transport. Upon receipt, the control should be stored refrigerated,
from 2° to 10°C, until use. The expiration date of the control and water is indicated on
the vial label. Do not use controls past expiration date. Once reconstituted, the control
is stable for 2 hours at room temperature, 15° to 25°C.
6 PROCEDURE
This product is intended for use only by trained individuals.
