ADJUSTING THE SEAT FOR YOUR CHILD
ADJUSTING THE RECLINING HEADREST
Proper head position is critical for protecting your child in
a side impact crash. The Solution M-fix has a 3-position
Reclining Headrest to help prevent your child's head from
falling forward while asleep. It can be pulled and locked
into second and first positions without lifting the Headrest
Recline Handle. To move the Reclining Headrest backwards,
simply lift the Headrest Recline Handle. The Headrest can be
adjusted in three different positions:
1. Upright
2. Semi recline
3. Full recline
After adjusting the Headrest to the correct height for your
child (see page 19), select the Headrest Recline position that
is most comfortable for your child.
For smaller children, it may be appropriate to position the
headrest in one of the two recline positions in anticipation
of them falling asleep.
With some instruction and practice, a child can easily
learn to adjust the Reclining Headrest by him or herself.
