4.4 MAIN COMPONENTS
The machine is composed of a series of
main components that have the following
functions (fig.1 ):
A. Rear handle: it allows the steering of the
machine.
B. ON / OFF start switch: it allows to start and
turn off the machine.
C. Ignition lock: it activates the snow thrower
device.
D. Telescopic rod: it adjusts the height of the
machine.
E. Front handle: it allows a better hold of the
machine.
F.
Adjustment lever for ejection direction: it
allows to direct the ejection of the snow.
G. Ejection opening: opening for snow ejection
H. Electric motor compartment: seat for the
electric motor housing.
I.
Scraper: it allows to remove the snow
residues from the ground.
J.
Impeller mechanism that launches the snow.
K. Battery compartment: battery housing seat.
L. Battery: (if it's not supplied with the machine,
see chapter 15 "accessories on request"):
device that supplies electrical current to the
tool; Its specifications and regulations for use
are described in a specific manual.
M. Battery charger: (accessory on request, par.
15.2): device used to recharge the battery;
its specifications and regulations for use are
described in a specific manual.
5. ASSEMBLY
IMPORTANT The
follow during machine use are described in
chapter 2. Strictly comply with these indications to
avoid serious risks or dangers.
For storage and transport purposes, some
components of the machine are not installed
in the factory and have to be assembled after
unpacking. Follow the instructions below.
Unpacking and completing the assembly
should be done on a flat and stable surface,
with enough space for machine handling and
safety
regulations
its packaging, always making use
equipment. Do not use the machine until all
the indications provided in the "ASSEMBLY"
section have been carried out.
5.1 ASSEMBLY COMPONENTS
The packaging includes assembly components.
5.1.1 Unpacking
1. Cautiously open the packaging, paying
attention not to lose components.
2. Consult the documentation in the box,
including these instructions.
3. Remove all the unassembled parts from the
box.
4. Lift the snow thrower from the box.
5. Dispose of the box and packaging in
compliance with local regulations.
5.2 ADJUSTMENT OF THE FRONT HANDLE
1. Adjust the handle (Fig.3.A) according to the
operator's needs by sliding it along the rod
and fixing it with the supplied knob (Fig.3.B).
2. Turn the knob (Fig.3.C) to adjust the inclination
of the handle. (if provided ).
5.3 ASSEMBLING THE SNOW THROWER
1. Insert the telescopic rod (Fig. 4.A) into the
body of the snow thrower (Fig.4.B).
2. Tighten the knob (Fig.4.C).
5.4 TELESCOPIC ROD ADJUSTMENT
The rod's length is adjustable.

Act on the knob (Fig.5.A).
2.
Adjust the rod's length (Fig.5.B) according to
the height of the operator so as to form an
angle of 60 ° with the ground.
3. Tighten the knob (Fig.5.A).
