Adjusting the Connected OR Mount (Monitor Arm)

Warning: Failure to properly adjust the Connected OR Mount could result in equipment damage or injury.
Caution: Do not overtighten tensioning screws. Damage to the bushings may occur.
1. Adjusting Counterbalance
If the monitor drifts up or down on its own, the counterbalance may need to be adjusted.
To adjust the counterbalance:
1. With the monitor in viewing position, insert a 7/32" hex key at the adjustment point shown in 1 above.
2. Turn the hex key clockwise or counterclockwise until the monitor remains where it is positioned without drifting
up or down.
2. Adjusting Monitor Swing Tension
To adjust monitor swing tension at the monitor-end of the arm:
1. Insert a 3/32" hex key at either of the points shown in 2 above.
2. Turn clockwise to add tension or counterclockwise to remove tension.
