Firebox Lid Handle

Hardware needed:
Open lid and insert (2) M6x15 bolts from inside
of lid, then attach handle and lid. (Fig. 15)

Firebox Assembly

Hardware needed:
Note: Cleanout door is in bottom half and
facing to the right. Smoke passage opening
is in top half and is facing to the left. Fasten
two halves together using (8) M6X15 bolts.
(Fig. 16A) and (Fig. 16B)
Attach firebox side handle to top half assembly
using (4) M6x15 bolts. (Fig. 16C)

Attach Firebox to
Charcoal Grill Side

Hardware needed:
Screw (5) M6x15 bolts into threaded holes in
side of firebox. Leave 1/4" of bolt sticking out.
(Fig. 17A)
Place firebox in position so that the (5) bolt
heads can fit into the keyholes, allow firebox
to slide down and rest on bolts and on bracket
ledge. (Fig. 17B)
Fasten (1) M6x15 bolt through the bracket and
into the firebox. (Fig. 17C)
Now tighten the (5) bolts in the keyhole slots
which will secure the firebox to the grill.
