I to USE thE StoPwatCh:
open the stopwatch app in the watch menu. start counting

by pressing the green play icon. You can track individual lap
performance by pressing the round green button while
measuring is on.
To stop counting, press the red button.

• You can see the full lap-by-lap report by pressing the lap
counter at the top of the screen.
