Batch
When Batch mode is active, a start signal on terminals 24 and 21 (
7.2.2 'Electrical installation' on page 49 ) triggers dosing until a previously defined
quantity (see
concentration (
Connect the zero-potential contact to the corresponding input and GND.
– Do not connect any external voltages.
– Zero-potential contact (relay)
– max. external voltage: 230 V, AC/DC, max. 3 A.
– Reserve signal: Contact closed/opened approx. 500 ms
In batch mode, the pump always runs with 100% metering capacity.
Batch metering can be interrupted by deactivating the dosing release or by switching off
the pump.
NOTICE!
The [Batch] function takes priority over all other operating modes.
When the [Batch] is activated, pulses stored in the [Pulse] operating mode are
deleted for safety reasons.
Ä '[Set Batch] - [Initial batch]' on page 111 ) or the corresponding

As long as the contact is in the closed position (1), the initial batch is repeated. The initial
batch can be interrupted by removing the dosing release or the alarm at a low fill level. If
the dosing release or the alarm at a low fill level is triggered again, the initial metering is
continued.
This differs from pulse mode, where the pump responds once to a rising signal.
