Check the metering head screws
The tightening torques of the metering head screws are shown on

Visual inspection to check leak-tightness of connection parts.
Visual inspection of metering lines
Check the suction and pressure tubes for leakage-free connection
Check suction and pressure valve for contamination and tightness.
Check that the discharge connection on the pump head (diaphragm
rupture)
Check the correct metered quantity
Check the metering head screws

Perform the prescribed maintenance on the pump due to a material
dependency between the pump and the chemicals used.
