IMPORTANT: Your Hutch must be attached to the lateral fi le as indicated in this step.

Carefully position the Hutch on top of the 408293 Lateral File. Fasten the BACK (D) to the back edge of the Lateral File

top. Use eight NAILS (1N) through the bottom row of holes in the BACK and into the Lateral File top.
Now, fi nish fastening the Hutch to the Lateral File. Fasten two METAL BRACKETS (4G) to the ENDS (A and B) and Lateral
å
File top. Use four BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).
NOTE: There are no pre-drilled holes in the Lateral File top. Use a little extra force while turning these SCREWS.
