2) Das Abspielen durch Drücken der Taste
fortsetzen.
3) Zum Zurückspringen auf die markierte Stelle die
CUE-Taste (10) drücken. Das Gerät schaltet auf
Pause, und die LED über der CUE-Taste leuchtet.
4) Mit der Taste
die Wiedergabe starten, oder die
CUE-Taste erneut drücken und gedrückt halten
(LED über der Taste blinkt). Sobald die CUE-Taste
losgelassen wird, springt das Gerät wieder auf die
markierte Stelle zurück. Durch erneutes Drücken
der CUE-Taste kann so beliebig oft eine Wiederho-
lung ab der markierten Stelle erfolgen.
5) Soll eine andere Stelle auf der CD markiert werden,
diese Stelle anfahren, und das Gerät auf Pause
schalten: Die alte Markierung wird durch die neue
Markierung ersetzt.
Die markierte Stelle wird gelöscht, wenn die Stoppta-
ste
(12) gedrückt wird bzw. wenn die CD zu Ende
gelaufen ist oder wenn die CD-Schublade über die
Taste OPEN/CLOSE (7) geöffnet wird.
Hinweise:
a Bei Drücken einer der TRACK-Tasten
(15) wird die markierte Stelle durch den mit der
jeweiligen Taste angewählten Titelanfang ersetzt
b Bei programmierter Titelfolge ist der Rücksprung
auf eine markierte Stelle nur innerhalb eines Titels
möglich.
4.6 Wiederholung einzelner Titel oder der ge-
samten CD
1) Zum Wiederholen eines Titels die Taste REPEAT
(11) einmal drücken: Der gerade angewählte Titel
wird endlos wiederholt. Im Display (3) erscheint die
Einblendung „REPEAT 1".
2) Zur Endloswiederholung der gesamten CD oder
einer programmierten Titelfolge (siehe dazu Kap. 5)
die Taste REPEAT ein zweites Mal drücken. Im Dis-
play erscheint die Einblendung „REPEAT ALL".
3) Zum Ausschalten der Wiederholfunktion die Taste
REPEAT ein drittes Mal drücken.

5) To mark another spot on the CD, aim at this spot
and switch the unit to pause: The previous mark-
ing is replaced by the new one.
The marked spot is cancelled if stop button
pressed resp. if the CD is played to the end or if the
CD drawer is opened via button OPEN/CLOSE (7).
Notes:
a with pressing one of the buttons TRACK

4.6 Repeat of individual titles or the entire CD
1) To repeat a title, press button REPEAT (11) once:
The title selected at present is continuously re-
peated. The display (3) shows the insertion "RE-
PEAT 1".
2) For continuous repeat of the entire CD or a pro-
grammed title sequence (for this see chapter 5)
press button REPEAT a second time. The display
shows the insertion "REPEAT ALL".
3) To switch off the repeat function, press button
REPEAT a third time.
4.7 Changing of speed/pitch
To change the playing speed and by this the pitch
at the same time, press button PITCH (4) (LED above
the button is lighting). Then adjust the desired change
of pitch (±12 %) with control PITCH CONTROL (6).
The adjustment of control PITCH CONTROL (6) is
only effective with button PITCH (4) pressed. If the
button is not pressed, the CD is played in the stan-
dard speed.
4.7 Geschwindigkeit/Tonhöhe verändern

Um die Abspielgeschwindigkeit und damit gleichzeitig
die Tonhöhe zu ändern, die Taste PITCH (4) drücken
(LED über der Taste leuchtet). Dann die gewünschte
Geschwindigkeitsänderung (±12 %) mit dem Regler
PITCH CONTROL (6) einstellen.
Die Einstellung des Reglers PITCH CONTROL (6)
ist nur bei gedrückter Taste PITCH-Taste (4) wirksam.
Bei nicht gedrückter Taste läuft die CD in Standardge-
schwindigkeit.
4.7.1 Taktangleichung zwischen zwei Musik-
stücken
Mit den Tasten PITCH BEND (5) kann der Takt des
gerade laufenden Titels an den Takt eines auf einem
anderen Gerät laufenden Musikstückes angepaßt
werden.
Zuerst mit dem Regler PITCH CONTROL (6) die
Geschwindigkeit des laufenden Musikstückes an die
Geschwindigkeit des zweiten Musikstückes anglei-
chen. Dann mit den Tasten PITCH BEND die Takt-
schläge pro Minute beider Musikstücke genau auf-
einander abstimmen: Solange die Taste
oder
gehalten wird, läuft der Titel schneller; solange die
Taste
gedrückt gehalten wird, läuft er langsamer.
Zur optischen Anzeige der Funktion blinkt bei ge-
drückt gehaltener Taste

5 Eigene Titelfolge zusammenstellen
Die Programmierfunktion des CD-Spielers bietet die
Möglichkeit, eine eigene persönliche Titelfolge zusam-
menzustellen. Die ausgewählten Titel können in belie-
biger Reihenfolge programmiert werden.
5.1 Titelfolge programmieren
1) Für die Titelprogrammierung muß das Gerät auf
Stopp stehen. Gegebenenfalls die Stopptaste
(12) drücken.
2) Mit den TRACK-Tasten
gewünschten ersten Titel anwählen.
4.7.1 Beat adjusting between two music pieces
With the buttons PITCH BEND (5) the beat of the title
currently played can be matched to the beat of an-
other music piece played on another unit.
At first with control PITCH CONTROL (6) adjust
the speed of the music piece currently played to the
speed of the second music piece. Then match the
beat sequence per minute of both music pieces
exactly with each other by the buttons PITCH BEND:

5 Compiling Your Own Title Sequence
The programme function of the CD player offers the
facility to compile your own personal title sequence.
The selected titles can be programmed in any desired
order.
5.1 Programming a title sequence
1) For the title programming the unit must be set to
stop. If necessary, press button stop

ized. The display shows "PROGRAM" and the
memory place number "P-01" is shortly inserted.
In the title calendar the insertion of all title num-
bers except for the number of the selected title is
cancelled.
4) Select the second title, and then press button
PROGRAM again. The title is memorized under
the memory place number "P-02". In the title cal-
endar the corresponding title number is inserted.
5) Repeat the programming procedure for all titles of
the desired title sequence. The programmed titles
are displayed in the title calendar. A title can also
be programmed several times, i. e. under several
memory place numbers.

3) Die Taste PROGRAM (9) drücken: Der Titel wird
abgespeichert. Im Display wird „PROGRAM" ange-
zeigt und kurz die Speicherplatznummer „P-01" ein-
geblendet. Im Titelkalender werden alle Titelnum-
mern mit Ausnahme der Nummer des gewählten
Titels ausgeblendet.
4) Den zweiten Titel auswählen, und anschließend
wieder die Taste PROGRAM drücken. Der Titel
wird unter der Speicherplatznummer „P-02" abge-
speichert. Im Titelkalender wird die entsprechen-
de Titelnummer eingeblendet.
5) Den Programmiervorgang für alle Titel der ge-
wünschten Titelfolge wiederholen. Die program-
mierten Titel werden im Titelkalender angezeigt.
Ein Titel kann auch mehrfach, d.h. unter mehreren
Speicherplatznummern, programmiert werden.
Nach 16 programmierten Titeln signalisiert das
Display „FULL". Es können dann keine weiteren
Titel mehr programmiert werden.
5.2 Programmierte Titelfolge abspielen
Zum Abspielen der programmierten Titelfolge die
Wiedergabe/Pause-Taste
(8) drücken. Die Wie-
dergabe kann jederzeit durch Drücken der Taste
(8) unterbrochen oder durch Drücken der Stopptaste
(12) vorzeitig beendet werden.
Nach dem Abspielen der programmierten Titel-
folge schaltet das Gerät auf Stopp.
5.3 Programmierte Titelfolge löschen
Zum Löschen der programmierten Titelfolge muß das
Gerät auf Stopp stehen. Gegebenenfalls die Stoppta-
ste
(12) drücken.
Im Stoppmodus können die programmierten Titel
jetzt durch Drücken der Stopptaste
werden. Das Gerät ist dann wieder auf normale Wie-
dergabe (Abspielen der CD) eingestellt.
[Das Löschen der Titelfolge ist auch durch Betätigen
der Taste OPEN/CLOSE (7) oder durch Ausschalten
des Gerätes über den POWER-Schalter (1) möglich.]

6 Fader Start
The CD player can be remote-controlled via a mixer
with contact control: With opening the mixer fader the
CD replay is started, with closing the fader the CD
player is set to pause.
Connect the fader start jack at the mixer via a cor-
responding cable with 6.3 mm mono plug (see fig. 4)
to jack START/PAUSE (17) of the CD player. At the
mixer the fader start contacts can be connected to
ground but not with a voltage!
Via the mixer monitor function with closed fader a title
of the CD can be pre-fader listened:
