DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCES
CKZ and CK1 primary water tanks are steel tanks with no internal
corrosion protection. The water circuit must be closed. These tanks
are used as intermediate storage tanks for heating water intended for
heating cir- cuits or an instant domestic hot water facility.
The storage tank is heated by one or more heat generators and a solar
charging station.
The tanks are heat-insulated using a soft insulating jacket (factory
fitted) comprising a 120 mm-thick thermally-bonded glass fiber panel
covered with a soft grey PVC.
A connection point located above the exchanger can be used to
connect an auxiliary electrical device if the primary energy source
(primarily solar) is not sufficient (sold separately).
