Troubleshooting before the pressing sequence
Fault
The pressing tool cannot be
started and no LED lights up
Green LED flashes
Troubleshooting during the pressing sequence
Fault
Green LED flashes and roller
drive moves back to its
starting position

Cause
Mains cable is not connected
Mains cable or mains plug is
defective
Retaining pin is not pushed in
correctly
Cause
Retaining pin has come loose
Start button was released too
soon
Unlocking button was
pressed or pressing tool was
not in starting position
Pressing tool is outside of the
operating temperature
Actions
Connect the mains plug to
the power supply system
Have the mains cable and
mains plug examined at an
authorised repair shop and
replaced if necessary
Push the retaining pin in
until the stop position is
reached
Action
Examine the retaining pin
for damage
Push the retaining pin in
until the stop position is
reached: green LED lights
up
Examine the pressfitting for
tightness and repeat the
pressing operation if
necessary
Press unlocking button:
roller drive moves to its
starting position
Repeat the pressing
operation: press the start
button for about two
seconds
Release start button
Press unlocking button.
Roller drive moves to its
starting position
Repeat the pressing
operation
Bring the pressing tool into
a warmer/cooler
environment
Bring the pressing tool to
the required operating
temperature by performing
multiple blank pressing
operations
