Software de código abierto
El firmware de su teléfono Gigaset contiene, entre otras
cosas, el software de código abierto con licencia de otro
proveedor. Estos archivos de software de código abierto
integrados están protegidos por la propiedad intelectual.
Los derechos de uso de este software, que transcienden
más allá de la pura aplicación del programa de Gigaset
Communications GmbH, están regulados en las condicio-
nes de licencia del software de código abierto.
Si se cumplen estas condiciones de licencia, se podrá uti-
lizar este software de código abierto tal como está pre-
visto en la licencia. Por ello, pueden surgir conflictos entre
las condiciones de licencia de Gigaset Communications
GmbH y las condiciones de licencia del software de
código abierto. En este caso (para las partes de software
de código abierto relevantes), las condiciones del soft-
ware de código abierto son determinantes. En las páginas

Si los programas contenidos en este producto poseen la
Licencia Pública General (GPL), la Licencia Pública Gene-

código abierto que exija la revelación del código fuente y,
si el software ya no se encuentra incluido en forma de
código fuente en el suministro del producto, el código
fuente y los derechos de autor de este software pueden

El código fuente correspondiente también puede ser soli-
citado por Gigaset Communications GmbH, aunque se
deberán pagar 10 Euros en concepto de gastos de trami-
tación por el traslado. La consulta puede realizarse dentro
de los tres primeros años a partir de la fecha de compra.

Garantía para otro uso diferente del
software de código abierto
Gigaset Communications GmbH no ofrece ninguna
garantía para los programas de software de código
abierto que contiene este producto, en caso de que se
utilicen con otro fin distinto al previsto por Gigaset Com-
munications GmbH para este programa. Las licencias de
la lista inferior definen la garantía según está prevista
para los autores o concesores de licencia para software de
código abierto. Gigaset Communications GmbH excluye
especialmente cualquier responsabilidad en caso de
daños originados por una modificación del programa de
