Fuse Replacement

(Refer to the Safety Precautions on page 39.)
When frequent fuse failure occurs, it usually indicates
a short circuit or an overload in the electrical system.
See your Honda dealer for repair.
NOTICE
Never use a fuse with a different rating from that
specified. Serious damage to the electrical system or
a fire may result, causing a dangerous loss of lights
or engine power.
Blown fuse
Main Fuse
The main fuse (1) is located behind the left side cover.
The specified fuse is: 7.5 A
1. Remove the left side cover (page 30).
2. Disconnect the wire connector (2) of the starter
magnetic switch (3).
3. Pull out the fuse. If the main fuse is blown, install
a new fuse.
The spare main fuse (4) is located under the
starter magnetic switch.
4. Reconnect the wire connector and install the left
side cover.
