Louis Vuitton shall not be liable for any incidental, special,
punitive or consequential damages, except for damages
to persons and claims under Austrian Product Liability Law.
The product shall be returned with its original battery
and charger to a Louis Vuitton's store (a list of which
is available online at louisvuitton.com).
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable
to the Czech Republic
This international limited guarantee is provided at the discretion
of Louis Vuitton and gives you specific legal rights which
may be exercised in addition to other rights and remedies
available to consumers under the laws of the Czech Republic
governing sale of consumer goods. National rights and remedies
are not affected by this international limited guarantee.

If a defect in your Tambour Horizon watch occurs within
six months from the date of purchase, the law presumes
that the Tambour Horizon watch was defective on the date
of purchase and therefore not compliant with the contract.
