mandatory guarantee, the period for claiming defects
of non-conformity related to purchases made by consumers
in Portugal is of 2 years from the date of delivery, pursuant
to Decree-Law no. 67/2003 of 8 April (as amended).
This guarantee: (i) is independent of any guarantee that may
be provided by the manufacturer, for which he carries sole
responsibility; (ii) does not affect your statutory rights towards
the manufacturer or the distributor.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable
to Romania
This international limited guarantee and the rights provided
herein are in addition to any other rights and remedies
available to you under local law and is in no way limiting such
rights, which cannot be excluded [Law No. 449/2003
on marketing of products and the associated guarantees].
Louis Vuitton is responsible to the consumer for any lack
of conformity existing at the time the Tambour Horizon watch
was delivered. Such legal guarantee is available for a period
of 2 (two) years as of delivery of the Tambour Horizon watch.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right
