Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable
This international limited guarantee is in addition to other rights
and remedies available to you under Swedish law, which
cannot be excluded, such as the rights provided under
the Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplag (1990:932))
and the Swedish Product Liability Act (Produktansvarslag
(1992:18)). As an example, the Consumer Sales Act
may allow you to file a product complaint within three years
after receiving the goods.
Specific additional terms of guarantees applicable
to Taiwan, Region of the People's Republic of China
For any issues in relation to consumer protection and related
disputes that are not addressed in this international limited
guarantee, the Civil Code and the Consumers' Protection Act
would apply.
