STRANGULATION HAZARD:
• Children have STRANGLED in loose or
partially buckled harness straps. Fully
restrain the child even when carrier is used
outside the vehicle.
• NEVER leave child in carrier when straps
are loose or undone.
• NEVER place carrier near window where
cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a
child.
• NEVER hang strings on or over the carrier
or attach strings to handle.
• NEVER place items with a string around a
child's neck, such as hood strings, pacifier
cords, etc.
