CHECK THAT SHOULDER STRAPS ARE
SNUGLY ADJUSTED ONTO THE CHILD
USING THE "PINCH TEST"
If you can pinch the shoulder strap webbing at
the child's shoulder between your thumb and
finger, the harness is too loose and must be
tightened.
Check that the shoulder straps are positioned
and adjusted properly. Shoulder straps at or
below the top of the child's shoulder and harness
straps are snugly adjusted around the child.
