THIS CHILD RESTRAINT (WITHOUT BASE)
IS CERTIFIED FOR AIRCRAFT USE. USE
INFANT CARRIER ONLY (WITHOUT BASE)
ON AIRCRAFT.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)
strongly recommend that children up to 40 lbs
(18 kg) use a certified harnessed child restraint
or other device approved for aircraft travel. When
installing this child restraint on an airplane, use
the carrier only (without the base) and install
the same way as
WITHOUT BASE - Installation with vehicle lap
belt only section.
Important notes for use on an
aircraft:
• Make sure that the aircraft buckle does not
interfere with the belt guides on the infant
carrier.
• Notify the airline ahead of time that you'll be
travelling with a child restraint.
