Beginner mode

- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose beginner
mode and press Mode key to enter next setting menu for beginner
mode�
- There can be 4 beginner modes selected:
Beginner 1 ~ 4, select one by using the Up/ Down key and confirm
selected by pressing Mode key�
- Press Up/ Down key to present training time�
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Up/ Down key to adjust resistance level�
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout�
- Press Reset key to return to main menu� (active training data will be
lost)

Advance mode

- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose beginner
mode and press Mode key to enter next setting menu for beginner
mode�
- There can be 4 beginner modes selected:
Advance 1 ~ 4�, select one by using the Up/ Down key and confirm
selected by pressing Mode key�
- Press Up/ Down key to present training time�
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Up/ Down key to adjust resistance level�
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout�
- Press Reset key to return to main menu� (active training data will be
lost)

Sporty mode

- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose beginner
mode and press Mode key to enter next setting menu for beginner
mode�
- There can be 4 beginner modes selected:
Sporty 1 ~ 4, select one by using the Up/ Down key and confirm
selected by pressing Mode key�
- Press Up/ Down key to present training time�
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Up/ Down key to adjust resistance level�
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout�
- Press Reset key to return to main menu� (active training data will be
lost)

Cardio mode

- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose Cardio
mode and press Mode key to enter next setting menu for advance
mode�
- Press Up/ Down key to set your age and confirm by pressing mode
key�
- There can be 4 Cardio modes selected:
55% (of maximum HR = 220 - age x 55%)
75% (of maximum HR = 220 - age x 75%)
90% (of maximum HR = 220 - age x 90%)
TAG (Target Heart Rate, default set on 100
Use Up/ Down key to change, and confirm by pressing mode key)�
Select one by using the Up/ Down key and confirm selected by
pressing Mode key�
- Press Up/ Down key to pre-set training time, and press Mode key
to confirm the setting�
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout�
- Press Reset key to return to main menu� (active training data will be
lost)
‼ NOTE
In Cardio mode, the tension will be adjusted automatically to
an insensitivity in where your hart rate reaches the Pre set HRC
target�
After 6 seconds without pulse input, LCD will show "Pulse
Input" to notify the user�

Watt Mode

- Press Up/ Down key to select workout program, choose Watt mode
and press Mode key to enter next setting menu for advance mode�
- Use Up/ Down to set Watt target�
120 is pre-set default
Range: 10~350
confirm by pressing mode key�
- Use Up/ Down key to set Time�
Confirm by pressing mode key�
- Press Start/ Stop key to start workout
- Press Up/ Down key to adjust resistance level (Watt)�
- Press Start/ Stop key to pause workout�
- Press Reset key to return to main menu� (active training data will be
lost)
In Watt mode, the tension will be adjusted automatically to an
insensitivity in where the Watt reaches the Pre set Watt target�
‼ NOTE
The Watt parameter is a calculation of RPM and Tension level�
When RPM is higher, the tension will be lower�
When RPM is lower, the tension will be higher�

Recovery

- The Recovery key will only be valid if pulse is detected�
- Time will show „0:60" (seconds) and counts
down to 0�
- Computer will show F1 to F6 after the countdown to test heart rate
recovery status� User can find the heart rate recovery level based
on the chart below�
- Press Recovery key again to return to the beginning�
How to read the test result�
The result is based on your cardiac heart rate condition� When being
active your heart rate increases in Beats Per Minute (BPM)�
When you end your workout, your heart rate will stabilize to normal�
The faster your heart-rate stabilizes the better your cardiac condition�
When your heart rate drops with at least 50 BPM in the test minute,
your result will read F1�
When your heart rate drops in between 41~50 bpm in the test
minute, your result will read F2�
And so on�
