Exposure to liquid
The Tambour Horizon watch has a water resistance rating
of IP68 under IEC standard 60529. It is water-resistant up
to 30 meters.
Nevertheless, the following may affect the water resistance
of the Tambour Horizon watch and must be avoided:
• submerging the watch in water for long periods of time;
• dropping the watch or subjecting it to impacts;
• exposing the watch to pressurized water or high velocity water,
for example, water skiing, wake boarding, surfing, jet skiing, etc.;
• wearing the watch in a hot or humid environment,
such as a sauna or steam room.
