Danger of accidents Loading luggage can significantly affect the handling characteristics.
Luggage affects the handling, cornering and braking characteristics, particularly when fully laden, and
increases crosswind sensitivity.

Loading the topcase

Make sure that the topcase is firmly closed while riding.

Do not use the topcase if the topcase is damaged.

Secure the luggage to prevent it from slipping around inside the top case.

Do not use a pressure cleaner to clean the top case, as the high pressure may damage the seal. Use a neu-
tral cleaning product (water with mild soap).
