Ingredients

½ frozen banana
•
¼ cup fine oats
•
1 scoop protein powder
(preferably "salted caramel"
flavour)
•
1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
•
2 pitted dates(10g)
•
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
powder
•
1 tbsp. maple syrup
•
½ tsp. vanilla extract
•
½–¾ cup almond milk (or
alternative milk, as desired)
•
1 pinch of salt
•
ice cubes (for a thicker shake)
Preparation
1. Add all ingredients to the vacuum
jug and close the lid. Place the
jug onto the base and insert the
power plug into the power outlet.
Press the "VACUUM" and then the
"START/ STOP" button. Once the
"VACUUM" program has finished,
choose the "SHAKE" program
immediately after.

2. Once the program has finished,
release the pressure on the lid
valve before taking off the lid.
3. Decorate the glass with melted
dark chocolate and serve the
Snickers Shake. Enjoy!
