Malfunction
Incorrect flushes (too soon, too
late, unwanted)
Water is running continuously into
the WC ceramic appliance.
WC ceramic appliance not being
flushed out properly.

Rectification
▶ Clean or dry the actuator plate.
▶ Replace the actuator plate.
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for 10 seconds.
▶ Restart the WC flush control
using the Geberit App.
▶ Replace flat gasket.
▶ Replace fill valve.
▶ Set the full flush volume on the
flush valve.
▶ Set the partial flush volume
using the Geberit Service Handy
or the Geberit App.
▶ Descale the WC ceramic
appliance.
▶ Deactivate automatic flush
actuation with the Geberit app.
▶ Remove objects from the user
detection range.
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for 10 seconds.
▶ Restart the WC flush control
using the Geberit App.
▶ Clean the actuator plate.
▶ Check the connection cable
between the lifting device and
the control.
▶ Replace the lifting device.
▶ Check the power supply (mains
fuse).
▶ Replace the power supply unit.
▶ Check the connection cable
between the power supply unit
and the control.
▶ Interrupt the power supply
(mains fuse) for 10 seconds.
▶ Restart the WC flush control
using the Geberit App.
▶ Replace the actuator plate.
