WARNUNG: Starten Sie immer mit
dem niedrigstmöglichen Druck, um die
gewünschte Distension zu erreichen.
Erhöhen Sie den Distensionsdruck, bis ein
klares flüssiges Medium erhalten wird.
Im Anzeigefeld  wird der Soll-Wert (digitaler
Zahlenwert mit orangefarbenen Markierungen)
und der Ist-Wert (weiße Balkenanzeige) für den
Spüldruck (in mmHg) angezeigt.

URO/ART: Im Anzeigefeld  wird die prozentuale
Druck erhöhung (Boostmodus) (in %) angezeigt
(Abb. 45).
URO/GYN: Im Anzeigefeld  ist eine
Sicherheitsschwelle bei 100 mmHg durch einen
weißen vertikalen Strich sowie ein »gesperrtes«
Schloss zu erkennen). Um Werte zwischen
100 mmHg und 150 mmHg einstellen zu können,
muss die + Taste  solange berührt werden,
bis sich das Schloss vollständig gefüllt hat und
»geöffnet« ist (Abb. 46).

Im Anzeigefeld  wird die Begrenzung des Flusses
(in ml/min) angezeigt.
Mit dem dazugehörigen Start/Stopp-Button 
oder Fußschalter-Button  wird die Rollenpumpe
aktiviert und deaktiviert.
Druck einstellen: Über die ± Buttons 
den Sollwert in 10 mmHg-Schritten einstel-
len ( Bereich 20...150 mmHg). Der Bereich
20...150 mmHg gilt für alle Druckgeregelten
Prozeduren.
Dies ist unabhängig vom Pumpenstatus.

Boost: Über die Taste E die prozentuale
(kurzzeitige*) Druckerhöhung einstellen (Bereich
10 % – 20 % – 30 % – 40 % – 50 % -> 10 %...).
1 *HINWEIS: Der Boost-Nachlauf beträgt
2 Sekunden. Bei installiertem Advanced
Softwarepaket UP 610 kann der Nachlauf auf
bis zu 60 Sekunden verlängert werden.

WARNUNG: Always start with the lowest
possible pressure needed to achieve the
desired distension. Increase the distension
pressure until there is a clear, liquid
medium.
In the display field  the setpoint (digital numerical
value with orange limitation marks) and the actual
value (white bar display) are shown for the irrigation
pressure (in mmHg).
URO/ART: In the display field  , the pressure
increase (Boost mode) (in %) is shown (Fig. 45).
URO/GYN: In the display field  , the safety
threshold at 100 mmHg can be seen by means of
a vertical white line and a 'locked' padlock symbol.
In order to set values between 100 mmHg and
150 mmHg, the + button  will need to be pressed
until the padlock symbol has completely filled up
and is shown as 'opened' (Fig. 46).
Advanced software package UP 610 installed
(Fig. 47):
In the display field  , flow limitation is shown
(in ml/ min).
The roller pump is activated and deactivated with
the associated Start/Stop button  or footswitch
button  .
Setting the pressure: Set the setpoint in
increments of 10 mmHg using the ± buttons 
(range 20...150 mmHg). The range of
20...150 mmHg applies for all pressure-regulated
procedures.
This is not affected by the pump status.
Boost: Using the button E, set the (brief*) increase
in pressure as a percentage (range 10% – 20% –
30% – 40% – 50% -> 10%...).
1 *NOTE: The Boost run-on is 2 seconds. If
the Advanced software package UP 610 is
installed, the run-on can be extended by up to
60 seconds.

CUIDADO: Comience siempre con la
presión más baja posible para obtener la

medio líquido claro.
En el campo indicador  aparecen representados el
valor nominal (valor numérico digital con marcas de li-
mitación de color naranja) y el valor real (indicador de
barra blanca) de la presión de irrigación (en mmHg).
URO/ART: En el campo indicador  aparece
representado el aumento de presión (modo de
refuerzo) (expresado en %) (fig. 45).

Ajuste de la presión: Ajuste el valor nominal en

(margen: 20...150 mmHg). El margen de ajuste
20...150 mmHg es válido para todos los procedi-
mientos regulados por presión.
Esto es independiente del estado de la bomba.
Refuerzo: Ajuste el aumento (breve*) de presión
expresado en % usando la tecla E (margen: 10% –
20% – 30% – 40% – 50% -> 10%...).
1 *NOTA: La respuesta de refuerzo dura
2 segundos. Si el paquete de software
"Advanced" UP 610 está instalado, la
respuesta de refuerzo puede prolongarse hasta
los 60 segundos.
