COMPONENTS (FIG. A)

WARNING: Never modify the power tool or any part
of it. Damage or personal injury could result.
Refer to Figure A at the beginning of this manual for a
complete list of components.
The motor arm assembly comes assembled. Open the box
and lift the assembly out, as shown in Figure B.

INTENDED USE

This tile saw is designed for professional tile
cutting applications.
Do NoT use under wet conditions or in presence of
flammable liquids or gases.
This tile saw is a professional power tool. Do NoT let
children come into contact with the tool. Supervision is
required when inexperienced operators use this tool.
ASSEMBLY (FIG. A, C, D)

WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious personal
injury, turn unit off and disconnect it from
power source before making any adjustments or
removing/installing attachments or accessories.
An accidental start-up can cause injury.
1. Place saw frame assembly

2. Using the supplied wrench remove the screws 
the saw frame assembly.
3. Place motor arm 
 2 
on frame assembly.
4. Secure the saw head by installing two of the screws 
into the holes closest to the rail. Tighten the screws with
the wrench provided. Install the other two screws in the
other two holes and tighten.
5. Place the saw assembly into the water pan 
shown in Figure A.
6. Tilt the front of the cutting cart assembly 
slight angle. Align the arrow on the rear of the cutting
cart with the round rail on the frame of the saw. Slide
the cutting cart assembly onto the rail system clearing
the cart stop with both pairs of rollers.
7. Place the threaded fitting onto the water pump 
Attach the clear water tube

(Fig. D). Place the water pump in the deep corner of the
water pan, near the drain plug. Insert the pump power
cord into the socket
