The earbuds status light is located on the inside surface of the charging case.

Bluetooth status

Shows the Bluetooth connection status to mobile devices.
LIGHT ACTIVITY
Slowly blinks blue
Solid blue (5 seconds)
Blinks white 2 times

Battery, update, and error status

Shows the earbud battery, update, and error status.
LIGHT ACTIVITY
Blinks white, then glows solid white
(5 seconds)
Blinks white, then glows solid amber
(5 seconds)
Blinks white 2 times, slowly blinks
blue, and turns off
Blinks white 3 times (repeated)
Blinks amber and white
