Possible cause
Speed may be too low.
Aluminium filters are dirty.
Top vent might be obstructed.
Optional vent kit might be twisted.
The installation may not comply with
the manufacturers instructions.
Carbon filter is not fitted in recirculation
mode or is full of grease.
Calibration error.
Sensor error.
Solution
Select a higher speed.
Clean the aluminium filters. (See Care
and maintenance section).
Clear any obstruction.
Ensure that the vent kit is fitted
according to the manufacturer's
instructions.
The vent hose should be correct
diameter throughout with no reductions
or restriction. (See installation section).
Fit carbon filter or replace the carbon
filter (See Care and maintenance
section).
Run the calibration procedure again,
(see Control panel and set up). If this
does not rectify the error, call the
customer helpline at the end of the
Care and maintenance section. Note:
The hood will still operate in manual
mode.
Turn off the power supply at the
consumer unit. Wait for two minutes
and turn the power back on. Run the
calibration procedure again, (see
Control panel and set up). If this does
not rectify the error, call the customer
