5 2 1 Display
Set the screen rotation, brightness and sleep mode here.
By using the night setting, the entire screen turns red to prevent
glare during nighttime navigation.
5 2 2 Time and date
The time and date are received via the GPS signal. To display the cor-
rect local time, the correct UTC zone (Universal Time Coordinated)
can be set if necessary. The time format (12 or 24 hours) can be set
here too.
5 2 3 Units
Set the units of the individual readings.
5 2 4 Internal buzzer
Turn the internal buzzer on or off or adjust the volume. A sample
sound can be heard to indicate the volume.
Switch the buzzer off quickly by pressing the shortcut on the
start screen, but only do this when another audible signal is
available
5 2 5 Resetting profile
Restore all profile settings to the standard values. The system requires
a confirmation in advance.
The profile settings are permanently deleted by resetting!

Set alarm values for the following items.
5 3 1 Depth alarm
If an NMEA2000-certified depth gauge is present, two values can be
set. One value for the safe depth and one for shallow waters.
If the depth is smaller than the set safe depth, an orange warning is
displayed. If the depth is smaller than the set value for shallow wa-
ters, a red warning is displayed.
5 3 2 Speed alarm
Set the speed limit. When this limit is exceeded, a warning is dis-
played for excess speed.

Recommended cruising speed per boat length:

5 3 3 Swell restriction zone alarm (No Wake)
The swell restriction zone is a zone in which swell is undesirable and
where vessels must sail slowly.
Set the distance that activates the swell restriction alarm. If the dis-
tance is smaller that the set value, a round ''NO WAKE" symbol will be
displayed in the title bar of the screen.
Respect the local maximum permitted speed at all times!

5 3 4 Motor alarms
This menu is only intended for experts!
Motor alarms contain a list of all motor alarms that can be reported
by the motor itself via the NMEA2000 network. Switch the individual
warnings on or off here.
5 3 5 Other alarms
Turn the low battery voltage alarm on or off, or adjust the radius of
the anchor watch (warning position).

Setting supplier map
Two map types can be used on the CANNME7: OpenSeaMap and
Navionics maps.
OpenSeaMap data is downloaded directly onto the device whilst
Navionics data must be installed on an SD card.
