To avoid accidental contact with the bottom of the hob while it is hot, or receiving an unexpected
electric shock during use, it is necessary to place a wooden insert, fixed with screws, at a
minimum distance of 50 mm from the bottom of the hob. Follow the indications on figure 6.
Warning
There are ventilation gaps around the exterior of the hob. You must ensure these gaps are

not blocked by the worktop when placing the hob.
Please note that the glue that binds the plastic or wooden material to the furniture must

withstand a temperature of more than 150ºC to prevent the coating from peeling off.
The rear wall and the adjacent and surrounding surfaces must be able to withstand a

temperature of 90ºC.
