The control unit is located below the oper-
ating panel. To access the fuses the cover
on the left side of the foot compartment
must be removed in advance.

2 Fuses
 Turn out the fastening screws at the up-
per end of the cover.
 Remove cover.
 Replace fuse.
 Replace cover.
Note:
The population of fuses is displayed on the
inner side of the cover.
Display Cause
Seat switch open! Seat contact switch has not been
activated.
Release accelerator! The gas pedal is depressed when
the main switch is on.
No direction of travel! Travel direction switch or cable con-
nection defective.
Battery discharged! Battery voltage too low.
Battery voltage inad- Battery voltage is above or below
missible! the admissible range.
Charger defective! Error on the charger, charging is not
possible.
Fresh water tank emp- The fresh water tank is empty.

Brush pressure not Timeout brush contact pressure
reached! control.
Waste water tank full! waste water tank is full.
Level sensor or cable connection
defective.
Brake defective! Brake defective.
Propulsion motor hot! Motor protection was triggered
Allow to cool down!
Horn defective! Horn defective.
Control is hot! Allow to Performance electronics of lift mod-
cool down! ule (A4) too hot
Brush motors over- Load of the brush heads asymmet-

Fault indication

If errors appear on the display, then pro-
ceed as follows:
Fault indication as text
 Execute instructions on the display.
 Acknowledge the fault by pressing the
info button.
Fault indication as numerical code
 Turn the program selection switch to
"OFF".
 Wait till the text on the display has dis-
appeared.
 Turn the programme switch into the
previous position.
Only carry out the troubleshooting
measures in the indicated order if the
error occurs again. The safety switch
must be in position "0" and the Intelli-
gent Key must have been pulled out.
 If the fault cannot be repaired, call cus-
tomer service and mention the error
message.
Note:
Fault messages that are not listed in the fol-
lowing table indicate faults that cannot be
rectified by the operator. Please contact the
aftersales service.

Faults with display

Remedy
 Release the drive pedal. Have a seat.
 Release drive pedal and reactivate.
 Turn the appliance off and back on. Inform the customer service if the
malfunction reoccurs.
 Charge battery.
 Call customer service.
 Check the charger.
 Fill up fresh water reservoir.
 Check brush wear, replace brush if required.
 Check the function of the brush heads: lowering, raising.
 Empty the waste water tank.
 Call customer service.
 Do not drive the appliance.
 Call customer service.
 Bring the safety switch into the "0" position.
 Allow machine to cool down at least for 15 minutes.
 Contact aftersales service in case of recurrence.
 Call customer service.
 Bring the safety switch into the "0" position.
 Allow control to cool down at least 5 minutes.
 Significantly reduce the brush pressure with rough ground.
 Contact aftersales service in case of recurrence.
 Adjust brush level.
