CLEANING / REPLACING REVERSIBLE TIP

(MODEL 2404548 ONLY)

Do not use any sharp, metal objects when
cleaning the tip.
Attention
1. Relieve spray gun and unit pressure.
2. Lock the spray gun by activating the trigger lock.
3. Pull out the reversible tip from the tip guard and clean
with appropriate cleaning solvent and a soft-bristled brush
until all paint residue has been removed.
4. Point the reversible tip in the spraying position and re-
insert into tip guard.

UNCLOGGING THE REVERSIBLE TIP (MODEL
2404548 ONLY)
1. Relieve spray gun and unit pressure.
2. Lock the spray gun by activating the trigger lock.
3. Turn reversible tip to "clean" position.
4. Remove trigger lock and briefly trigger the spray gun onto
a scrap piece of wood or cardboard. This should blow out
any tip obstruction.
5. Lock the spray gun by activating the trigger lock.
6. Turn the reversible tip to "spray" position.
7. Remove trigger lock and resume spraying.
