5. The filter slider consists of a holder for the excitation filter
and dichroic mirror ③ and a holder for the emission filter ④.

6. Insert the excitation filter into the holder ③ making sure that
the arrow ⑤ marked on the filter is pointing inward. (Fig. 39)
7. Once the filter is in place secure it with a dot of glue.

Use an "Anti-blooming" type glue to avoid that during
the drying of the glue the vapors condense on the filter
causing an opacification of the filter itself.
8. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the screws ⑥ that se-
cure the dichroic mirror holder. (Fig. 40)
9. Lift the tabs to install the dichroic mirror with the arrow (high-
lighted on one side of the filter itself) pointing inward. (Fig.
41)
10. Once the filter is in place, tighten the screws ⑥.
