ELECTRICAL CONNECTION FOR THE GAS HOB
Connect the power cord to a standard plug with the rating indicated
on the rating label or plug it directly into the power supply. In the latter
case, a single pole switch must be fitted between the appliance and
the mains, with a minimum opening between the contacts of 3 mm in
compliance with current safety codes. The power cable must be laid
in such a way that it does not reach a temperature of more than 50°C
above the room temperature at any point.
Before the actual connection, make sure of the following:
 That the fuse and electrical system can withstand the load
required by the hob.
 That the electrical supply system is equipped with an efficient
transmission on the ground circuit, according to the rules and
regulations prescribed by law.
 That the plug or switch is easily accessible.
The wires of the main cable are colored according to the
following code:
Green & Yellow
Blue
Brown
As the colors of the wires in the main outlet may not correspond with
the colored markings identifying the terminals in your plug, proceed
as follows: connect the green and yellow wire to the terminal marked
"E" or
or colored green or green and yellow. Connect the brown
wire to the terminal marked "L" or colored red. Connect the blue wire
to the terminal marked "N" or colored in black.
