All types of vessels can be used in this product. However, the use
of pans whose bottom is completely flat is recommended.
Vessels with a thicker bottom will distribute the heat more evenly.
Use cookware whose diameter is at least as large as the cooking
area, so that all the heat produced by the unit is used to its
maximum. Not only will this help save energy, but it will also allow
the food to be cooked more evenly.
Make sure the bottom of the pan is completely dry and clean, as
this will improve contact between the appliance and the burner. It
will also help preserve the life of the cookware and the appliance.
Note: it is possible that in the first use you can detect a rubber smell.
This smell is normal and will disappear after some time.

4. MAINTENANCE

Before cleaning the unit, disconnect it from the power source.
To extend the life of the hob, it is recommended to clean it regularly
and carefully. Follow the directions given below:
 Enameled parts and upper glass should be washed with warm
water. Avoid using strong detergents or solvents as this may
damage its finish.
 The removable parts should be washed with plenty of water
and mild detergent. Always be sure to remove any food that
may have adhered to it.
 For those models with automatic ignition, be sure to clean the
