3. CHOSSING THE RIGHT COOKWARE

Do not use cookware with jagged edges or a curved base.
Make sure that the base of your pots is smooth, rest completely on
the surface of the hob, and is the same size as the cooking area.
Always place the cooker in the center of the cooking area.
When removing the pots from the hob, lift them. Do not slide or drag
them, as you may scratch the surface.
