Range of motion of the spring loaded end cap (up to 5 mm of compression in uninstalled

The sensor is mounted with a spring loaded assembly. Spring assembly allows for
compression of 5 mm. Recommendation compression for installation is 3 mm. Spring
force is 1.81 - 2.72 kg (4 to 6 lbs).
NOTE
The preferred alignment of the sensor is relative to the plane in which objects are con‐
veyed. The sensor should remain below the plane of movement for conveyed objects.
