PROBLEM SOLVING
NORMAL
The microwave oven interferes
with TV reception.
Dim oven light
Steam build-up on the door, hot
air escaping through the vents
The oven has been accidentally
switched on without food in it
PROBLEM
The oven cannot be
started.
The oven does not
heat up.
Radio and TV reception may be interfered with when the
microwave oven is operating. This is similar to
interference from small household appliances such as a
mixer, hoover and electric fan.
This is normal.
When cooking with low power microwaves, the oven
light may dim. This is normal.
As food cooks, steam may escape from the food. Most
of it will escape through the vents. But some of it may
collect in a cold place such as the oven door. This is
normal.
It is forbidden to operate the oven without food inside.
It is very dangerous.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
(1) The power cable is
not properly plugged
in.
(2) Fuse is blown or
circuit
breaker
tripped.
(3) Problems with the
socket.
(4) The door is not
properly closed.

REMEDY
Unplug it. Plug it in again after 10
seconds.
Replace the fuse or reset the circuit
is
breaker (repaired by our professional
staff).
Check the socket outlet with other
electrical appliances.
Close the door tightly.
