ESTABLISHMENT
THE OVEN CAN ONLY BE INSTALLED WITH COMPLETE
INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY BY AUTHORIZED TECHNICIANS OF
THE DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY FOR BOTH THE ELECTRICAL
AND GAS CONNECTIONS.
The installation of the oven can be carried out by the operator in charge, strictly observing the sequence
of operations described below:
IGNITION OF BURNERS
1) Insert the oven power supply plug into the special socket;
2) Turn the knob of the ignition burner valve of the gas supply network;
3) Press the general power supply switch (fig.14-ref.6) the green light comes on;
4) Adjust the cooking temperature by pressing the "set" key and "+" or "-" (fig.14-ref.1); if the set
temperature is equal to or lower than the ambient temperature, it is impossible to light the burners
because the thermostat is connected to the gas supply solenoid valve which closes the flow at the desired
temperature;
5) Turn the knob of the main gas supply valve (fig.14-ref.4) to the position keep the knob pressed and at
the same time press the piezoelectric ignition of the pilot light several times (fig.14-ref.5) . As soon as
the pilot lights, release the knob. the pilot must remain lit if not repeat the operation. The pilot light can
be controlled through the openings located on the right side of the front panel (fig.3-ref.2) by looking
inwards observing an inclination of approximately 45° to the right (FIG.15);
6) Turn the general valve handle (fig.14-ref.4) to the position
7) Open the top (fig.14-ref.2) and floor (fig.14-ref.3) taps by turning them counterclockwise.

The flame will spread from the pilot burner to all top and bottom burners. When the desired
temperature is reached, the burners turn off: they will therefore operate intermittently to maintain the
temperature.
