Be aware of the weight of the device during storage.
ATTENTION
Risk of damage due to frost!
An incompletely emptied device can be damaged by
frost.
Completely empty the device and accessories before
storing them.
Protect the device from frost.
Store the device in a frost-free place and not outdoors.

Store the device indoors only.
1. Empty the device and the accessory parts com-
pletely.
2. Pull the battery pack out of the battery mount to
avoid discharging the battery pack, see chapter
Ending operation.
Care and service
Rinsing the device
1. Process the disinfectant solution in the tank or dis-
pose of it according to local regulations.
2. Release the ON / OFF button.
The device switches off.
3. Fill the tank with clean, warm (max. 40°C) fresh wa-
ter, see chapter Filling the tank.
4. Press the ON / OFF button.
The device switches on.
Operate the device until the disinfectant solution has
been completely rinsed out of the device, and pure
fresh water comes out of the nozzle.
5. Release the ON / OFF button.
The device switches off.
6. Press the locking button.
The ON / OFF button is locked.
7. Empty the tank and attach it to the unit, see chapter
Filling the tank.
Cleaning and disinfecting the device
ATTENTION
Risk of damage and odour development from liq-
uids remaining in the device!
Liquids in the device can lead to bacterial accumulation
and odour development when not in use or in storage.
Disinfectant residues can dry up in the device and
cause malfunctions.
Rinse the device with fresh water at the end of work and
before storing it.
Empty the tank at the end of work and before storage.
1. Rinse the unit daily after use, see chapter Rinsing
the device.
2. Every day after use, clean the outside of the follow-
ing parts with a slightly damp cloth and mild deter-
gent solution:
a the device
b the nozzle
c the tank
d the round bottle
e the shoulder strap
3. Disinfect the following parts every day after use:
a the device
b the nozzle
c the tank
d the round bottle
e the shoulder strap

Note
If the disinfectant solution does not come out in the form
of a finely atomized spray cone, the nozzle may be dirty,
clogged with residues or damaged.
The nozzle can be removed and cleaned, or replaced.
1. Turn the nozzle holder approx. 45° anti-clockwise
and remove (if necessary).

2. Remove the nozzle and place it in clean, warm
(max. 40°C) fresh water. Let the fresh water take ef-
fect.
3. Remove dirt from the nozzle under running water
with a cloth or a soft hand brush.
ATTENTION
Do not use any hard objects such as needles, nails, pa-
per clips or wire brushes, otherwise the nozzle will be
damaged.
4. Check the nozzle sealing ring for damage and cor-
rect seating, replace if necessary, see chapter
Checking the sealing rings.
5. Place the clean nozzle in the nozzle holder.

6. Insert the nozzle holder into the mount on the device
and turn it approx. 45° clockwise.
Checking the sealing rings
1. Check the nozzle sealing ring for leaks every week.
If there is a leak, remove the nozzle and replace the
nozzle sealing ring, see chapter Clean the nozzle.

2. Check the tank sealing ring for damage every week.
Replace the tank sealing ring if it is damaged.
Cleaning the fine filter
1. Clean the fine filter weekly or every 20 tank fillings;
to do so, remove the tank from the device, see chap-
ter Filling the tank.

2. Pull the fine filter out of the suction pipe, and rinse
under running water from the outside to the inside.
3. Install the fine filter in the reverse order.
Troubleshooting guide
Malfunctions often have simple causes that you can
remedy yourself using the following overview. When in
doubt, or in the case of malfunctions not mentioned
here, please contact your authorised Customer Service.
The device cannot be switched on
The battery pack is discharged.
Take the battery pack out of the battery mount and
charge it, see chapter Ending operation.
Push the charged battery pack into the battery
mount until it audibly clicks into place, see chapter
Inserting the battery pack.
The battery pack is not locked into the battery mount.
Push the battery pack into the battery mount until it
audibly clicks into place, see chapter Inserting the
battery pack.
The ON / OFF button is locked.
Press the unlocking button.
Device switches off automatically
The battery pack is discharged.
Take the battery pack out of the battery mount and
charge it, see chapter Ending operation.
The device or the battery pack is overheated.
Let the device and the battery pack cool down.
