You may find it diffi cult to close the Wing Enclosure Area at first. This is OK because you are still acti-
vating the PC muscles even when you get the Wing Flaps halfway closed.
7. Gradually increase usage and squeeze hold time. Start by using the Pelvic Muscle Trainer three times a
week and increase to twice daily. Give with enough time for the muscles to recuperate. Avoid Straining
Themuscles.
8. Experienced users should be able to perform 10 repetitions. Holding 25 seconds resting 5 seconds
