4. Detach the ultrasonic handpiece.

Transport the ultrasonic handpiece, ultrasonic tip and torque
wrench to the hygiene room in a suitable transport container.
6. Conduct automatic conditioning. Manual conditioning [→ 34]
is possible in exceptional cases if the national/local regulations
are followed.
7. Sterilize the ultrasonic handpiece and accessories [→ 37].
